The once-devastated environment of Mount St. Helens in Washington is beginning to thrive again after the legendary volcano erupted in 1980. Despite the eruption that created winds of more than 600 mph, blasts of heat measuring 500 degrees, and the largest landslide ever seen, wildlife in the area is beginning to return.
