How do I track my shipment?

Your purchase is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Therefore there is no tracking available at this time. Should you have questions concerning your shipment, please contact customer service at chingle@scetv.org or call 1-803-737-3436.

"No-risk" Policy
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, return them in the original shipping package in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase date for full credit or exchange. Simply indicate your reason for returning the item(s). Please include your packing slip when returning your item(s) so that we can credit your account promptly. We do not, however, refund monies on printed materials. Please note: when you pay by check or cash and request a refund, the process will take approximately 3 weeks.
