Audio/Visual Rights
Programs purchased for educational use are to be used in schools, classrooms, businesses, libraries and other learning centers. Educational purchases are made by using a Purchase Order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Purchase Orders must specify the address and telephone number of the accounts payable department along with the contact name, department and address of the person within the organization who is ordering the program.

Telecourse
A telecourse is a course offered by an institution for credit. The licensing institution is responsible for issuing educational credit, not ETV of South Carolina. The requirements are the following;

• License Fee
  The license fee for a single institution is determined on a per-term basis and is $500.00 per semester/term.
  
  
• Master Tape Format Fee
  The format an institution chooses for the tape purchase of the program will determine its cost. Formats available are VHS, DVD and DVCPro. The tape purchase is for the life of the tape.
  
  
• Archival Rights
  A new tape may be kept as a non-circulating “archival” copy, with one circulating copy made from this tape. A new print may be made from the archival copy as long as only one circulating copy is in distribution at a time.
  
  
• Student Fees
  Student fees are $15 per student per each course semester.

Public Performance Rights: Broadcast/Cablecast
Public performance rights are for general consumption use, entertainment or informational use and occur outside of the home. Please contact ETV Marketing Department at 803-737-3441 or email parker@scetv.org for fee structure and terms.

“No-Risk” Policy
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, return them in the original shipping package in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase date for full credit or exchange. Simply indicate your reason for returning the item(s). Please include your packing slip when returning your item(s) so that we can credit your account promptly. We do not, however, refund monies on printed materials. Send your return to:
